Basics
This is Kris Knotts, the groom! He was born October 22, 1978, and his hometown is Peru, Indiana. Kris was a 1997 graduate of Peru High School. Currently, Kris is a part-time student at Purdue University. His major is organizational leadership and supervision, which prepares its students for leadership positions in the business world. Kris has started his career as a web technology specialist with Purdue Marketing Communications. He creates web pages to support both internal business requirements and external marketing for Purdue University. Kris helped me put together the layout for the wedding website and has graciously gave me space on his domain to post it, too!

Hobbies
Kris has quite a few hobbies, but the most prevalent is paintballing. He's played paintball almost every Saturday for a little over a year now. His paintball interests have expanded to include a website dedicated to the game at www.paintballelite.com. Krisis an avid gamer and enjoys playing video games on the computer and Playstation 2. Warhammer 40k and a few other role playing games are also an area of interest to Kris. After dating me for so long, he also picked up waterskiing which is pretty much a requirement of mine!

On the Wedding
I am extremely happy about getting married. It's not everyday you come across someone as wonderful as Christina. We have been together over seven years and it's amazing she hasn't gotten tired of me yet :-) I knew from the moment I really met Christina there was something special between us. I have known for a long time now that Christina would be the one I asked to marry me, although I think my family thought I'd never ask. I have never cared so much for anyone as I do for Christina. For me the wedding will be another way for me to express how much I care for her.
